How do I place an order on the Rune website?

Visit our official website, browse our collections, and select your preferred items. Click 'Add to Cart' and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and complete the transaction. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once the payment is processed.

What payment methods does Rune accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay,etc...

All transactions are securely processed to protect your financial information.

Can I modify my order after I've placed it?

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, contact customer support to request modifications, such as changing the color of your watch or updating the shipping address. Once the order is processed, modifications are no longer possible.

What should I do if I didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking number?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact customer support with your order details to ensure your order was processed correctly. In many cases, an incorrect email address may have been entered at the time of purchase, and our team will assist in updating it for you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What shipping options does Rune offer?

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 Business Days, and shipping will take around 5-9 business days worldwide depending on your shipping location. We ship to all countries except some Islands.

Total Shipping time is Processing time + Shipping time.

Local shipping prices can be found when checking out.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $55/€50/£40.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on our tracking portal to get real-time updates on your shipment’s status.

Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

Tracking information can take up to 72 hours to update. If there is no movement after this period, contact customer support for assistance.

My package is delayed or seems lost. What can I do?

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, check the tracking details. If the tracking status does not change, contact customer support. Lost packages may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to verification.

My tracking status shows ‘Delivered,’ but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Check with neighbors, your mailbox, and the local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, contact customer support to initiate an investigation.

What if my package is stuck in customs?

Customs processing times vary. If your package has been delayed in customs for more than a week, contact customer support for assistance.

If your order was returned due to an incorrect address or carrier issue, contact customer support to arrange reshipment. Additional fees may apply.

What is Shipping Protection, and should I purchase it?

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides full coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

If you choose to purchase Shipping Protection, we will replace or refund your order in the event of any shipping issues.

However, if you opt out of Shipping Protection, Rune is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. We highly recommend adding this coverage for peace of mind.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the RUNE's return policy?

You can return your item within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact customer support with your order details to receive a return label. Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect piece, contact customer support immediately with photos. We will correct the issue by sending the correct product for free.

How should I maintain and care for my jewelry?

Keep your jewelry dry and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures. For metal bracelets, wipe with a soft cloth regularly.

Additional Care Tips:

  • Store pieces separately in soft pouches or jewelry boxes to avoid scratches and tangling
  • Apply perfumes, lotions, and cosmetics before putting on your jewelry to minimize chemical exposure
  • Keep jewelry away from direct sunlight during storage to prevent fading or discoloration

Is this the actual product I'll receive or just promotional images?

All our product photos and videos feature the actual Runes products we sell. We don't use stock images or misrepresentative content. What you see in our product images represents what you'll receive.
